Publication Limitations
Plagiarism and Similarity Check

The corresponding author must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism.

The overall similarity index must be below 15% and properly cited where required.

All borrowed data or ideas must be cited following international academic publishing standards and the formatting requirements of AI in Human Sciences.
Research Ethics and ORCID iD

Authors must adhere to international research ethics in study design, data collection, manuscript writing, and publication.

Authors must provide their ORCID iD at the submission stage.

ORCID iDs will be embedded into the article metadata in the online system.
Author Information and Manuscript Structure

Title Page: Includes the title, author names, affiliations, author contributions, data availability statement, ethical statement, acknowledgments, and funding details.

Main Document: Should not contain any author details to ensure blind review.
Manuscript Length Requirements

Quantitative studies: Minimum 6,000 words, including references.

Qualitative or mixed-method studies: 8,000–12,000 words, including references.
Language and Formatting

Manuscripts should be edited by an English language expert, preferably a native speaker, before submission.

Referencing and citations must follow APA format (latest edition) as specified in the journal’s guidelines.

In-text citation style must be used, with a complete reference list at the end.

Authors should reflect on their citation practices and ensure that globally recognized authors and scholars from the study’s relevant region are cited.

AI & Humanities Research reserves the right to edit, modify, add, or remove content at any stage or may request the corresponding author to do so.
Submission and Formatting Requirements

Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format by one of the authors.

The manuscript text should be single-spaced, using 11-point font size.

Figures, tables, and illustrations must be placed within the text at appropriate points, not at the end.

The manuscript must not be submitted or under review elsewhere.
Conflict of Interest and Withdrawal Policy

The corresponding author must ensure no conflicts of interest exist among co-authors.

A manuscript cannot be withdrawn after it has been forwarded to the peer-review stage in the journal’s online system.

Manuscripts under review by AI & Humanities Research must not be submitted elsewhere unless officially rejected.
Peer Review and Publication Rights

Submitting a manuscript for editorial or peer review does not guarantee acceptance.

The acceptance letter is issued only after completing the peer-review process and approval from the editorial committee.

Authors grant AI in Human Sciences non-exclusive rights to circulate the manuscript and derivative works (e.g., translations).
Submission Process

Authors must register and log in to the journal’s online submission portal before submitting their manuscript.

Manuscripts must be submitted via the online system in MS Word format.

A signed agreement form must be provided, confirming that all journal requirements are met.
Submission Preparation Checklist

- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
